NutraSource International Ltd. was founded in 2004. The company was established in order to
provide new innovative products and services to the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry. The
headquarters are in Hong Kong, with the main regions of activity in Asia and North America.
Healthy products and improvements in the F&B industry are the major themes of the company.
We have a high level of rarely found expertise due to the experience base of our staff.

New Innovations in Healthy & Tasty Snacks
We have developed some unique healthy snackfoods that are produced with innovative technology
and know-how to obtain truly healthy and tasty snacks. These diet snacks consist of the
KrispyFresh™ brand crisps made entirely from vegetable pieces (e.g. carrot, pumpkin,
mushrooms) and the Soup-O Day fresh-tasting instant soups (egg-drop w/ various vegetables, e.g.
tomato, seaweed, etc.). The crisps have excellent thin crispy texture, mouth-feel and flavors,
in convenient packets. You can’t stop eating them! But you will be eating pure vegetables with
virtually no added calories. The instant soups have vibrant fresh color and texture (notable
for eggs!) with various popular flavoring, all in convenient-use packets. There are no other
similar products in the market.
Health Supplements - Potent Chinese Herbs (Plus Information!)
We also have our Chi JiaTM brand of health supplements. These contain potent Chinese
traditional herbs: Lingzhi spores, Winter worm-Summer grass, Wolfberry and American Ginseng,
as well as Barley Green, in convenient capsule or tablet form. Our thorough review of modern
studies of these herbs has shown us that there is much substantiation of their beneficial
effects on the human body (including the substances responsible) and enhancement of our
knowledge such that we can make the best use of them.
Consultancy Services for the F&B Industry
The services to the F&B industry are based upon a sophisticated understanding of the industry,
from optimization of existing products and processing to concept/development of new products.
They include consultancy in areas such as: process line optimization, product development and/or
evaluation, nutritional analysis and labeling, quality assurance, brand and packaging design,
etc. In the area of nutrition, we are associated with Nutrition & Diet Services (USA) and offer
services regarding the new Hong Kong nutrition labeling regulations, nutritional claims, image,
etc.
Our Experienced Staff
The Managing Director is Mr. Wayne Chu, who has over 25 years of experience in the Food and
Beverage industry. He was educated in the USA in chemical engineering and food technology at
top-level institutions (Rutgers Univ. and Cornell Univ. for graduate degree) and has serviced
major Fortune 100 F&B companies, initially in the USA and then expanded to the Asia region.
The Director (Nutritional Services) is Ms. Julie Stohler, with over 15 years experience in both
the areas of medicine and food technology (quality assurance and nutrition). The team also
includes staff experienced in sales & marketing, financial analysis, and numerous technical areas.
